First home remedy for insomnia:

Ingredients: honey, milk, and poppy seed (khas-khas)

Step 1: Take one glass of lukewarm milk and mix one spoon of honey and one spoon of poppy seed into it.

Step 2: Mix it properly.

Instructions: Drink this mixture regularly one time a day at night immediately after dinner.

 

Second home remedy for insomnia:

Ingredients: Lavender oil

Instructions: Take few drops of lavender oil and sniff it for 5-10 minutes. Lavender contains the substances that increases the chances of sleeping by relaxing our muscles.

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, honey, and a glass of water

Steps: Take 2 spoon of apple cider vinegar with 1 spoon of honey and mix it with one glass of lukewarm water.

Fourth home remedy for insomnia:

Ingredients: Bananas and honey

Steps: Take 2-3 bananas, peel them and put very thin layer of honey on its surface.

Fifth home remedy for insomnia:

Ingredients: Basil flower, and cloves

Instructions: Regular drinking of herbal tea helps reduce anxiety and it increases the hormones that are responsible for sleep.
